Current Ristretto Blends

We rotate the following blends for our french pressed coffee.  The Beaumont Blend Espresso is our current espresso.

Organic Mexican Chiapas
Silky smooth and well rounded, with a milky body, caramel sweetness, and hints of clove and vanilla.

Colombia
Super smooth and medium bodied, with notes of lavender, sesame, and fig.

Guatemalan Huehuetenango
Rich and beautifully balanced, with the aroma of creme brulee and notes of cocoa, tamarind, and spice.

Ethiopia Harar
Dark chocolate with intense blueberry and wild fruit accents.

Panama Bouquet Region
Super lush, with an almost cotton candy sweetness.  Nice light, smooth acidity at the finish.

Sumatra Mandheling PWN Grade 1

Bold, with lots of body, earth tones, and a touch of chocolate

Beaumont Blend Espresso
Deep dark chocolate and ripe berry, this blend makes a superb straight espresso that also stands up beautifully to milk.  Ideal for French press and other brewing methods.
