Current Ristretto Coffees
We rotate the following coffees for our french pressed coffee. The Beaumont Blend Espresso is our standard espresso.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Organic
Complex, medium-bodied coffee with a caramel sweetness, wonderfully balanced citrus high notes and a delicately spice in the finish.
Cowboy Blend
A blend of two Brazilian coffees from different farms, but from the same farmer. A heavy, chocolatey body flowing with currents, floral to the nose, pomegranate and agave in the finish.
Colombia Organic
Super smooth and medium bodied, with notes of lavender, sesame, and fig.
Guatemalan Huehuetenango Organic
Rich and beautifully balanced, with the aroma of creme brulee and notes of cocoa, tamarind, and spice.
Sumatra Mandheling Organic
Bold, with lots of body, earth tones, tobacco, leathers, and a touch of chocolate.
Beaumont Blend Espresso
Deep dark chocolate, sweet clementine and ripe berry, this blend makes a superb straight espresso that also stands up beautifully to milk. Ideal for French press and other brewing methods.
Mexican Decaf
Mellow and floral. I nice change of pace.
Decaf (Swiss Water Process)
The caffiene is washed out of the coffee rather than roasted out.
